Vice President, Operations

Dyanne oversees our administrative team and provides direction and day-to-day leadership to our operational functions. She mentors and guides to our team members, equipping them with the tools they need to answer your questions quickly and accurately. She also acts as liaison between the executive and administrative teams, and interprets Daystar's policies, purposes, and goals for junior team members.

Dyanne relies on her considerable experience and sound judgment to plan and execute new processes. She leverages a wide degree of creativity and latitude to improve our service and efficiency. She also supervises contracting and commission processes and answers your more complicated questions as they arise.

Dyanne started in the industry in 1983, with in the Winnipeg Branch office of a leading insurance company. Her experience as Business Manager, responsible for overseeing all operational office issues, was ample preparation for her responsibilities as Daystar’s VP of Operations. She’s been an integral part of Daystar from the beginning, joining Daystar on inception in September of 2002.
