You are a detail oriented person with experience in the Investment side of the business who will thrive in a small office entrepreneurial environment and enjoys keeping busy. You love computers, and are a wiz with MS Office. You know how to focus and work hard, either independently or within a group and simply get stuff done. You have a strong ability to work independently and “own” your work and projects, manage your time, and set priorities.

 

    Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for all investment and/or new business applications received. ensuring accurate completion of files and documents, reviewing all documents prior to submission
  • Data entry-all information processed and inputted into our back office system
  • Assisting advisors as necessary to provide training on our platform and feedback as cases progress 
  • Create contacts within various organization to assist in the process

  • Education & Experience
  • 1 to 2 years experience in the Financial industry specifically investments
  • A strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Completion or enrollment in Securities courses would be an asset
