You are a detail oriented person with experience in the Investment side
of the business who will thrive in a small office entrepreneurial
environment and enjoys keeping busy. You love computers, and are a wiz
with MS Office. You know how to focus and work hard, either
independently or within a group and simply get stuff done. You have a
strong ability to work independently and “own” your work and projects,
manage your time, and set priorities.
Responsible for all investment and/or new business applications
received. ensuring accurate completion of files and documents,
reviewing all documents prior to submission
Data entry-all information processed and inputted into our back office
system
Assisting advisors as necessary to provide training on our platform and
feedback as cases progress
Create contacts within various organization to assist in the process

Education & Experience
1 to 2 years experience in the Financial industry specifically
investments
A strong knowledge of MS Office
Completion or enrollment in Securities courses would be an asset
